Refund policy
1. Voluntary exchange policy
Lafere.ch offers a voluntary exchange policy for all purchases within 30 days of initial delivery or collection of the goods. Timely dispatch is sufficient to meet the deadline. However, the right of exchange is conditional upon the customer having only worn the goods for fitting purposes, as in a retail store, and the goods being returned complete and undamaged. Furthermore, the goods must be returned in their original packaging. Cases of misuse are expressly excluded from the right of exchange at Lafere.ch's sole discretion.
The customer must send the goods to the following address: Lars Ferbitz Lafere.ch, Pfaffenhaltenweg 11, 3612 Steffisburg, Switzerland. Return shipping is at the customer's expense and risk.
2. Warranty, Liability
1. Orders placed through the webshop are subject to the statutory warranty provisions of Switzerland. It is therefore the customer's responsibility to inspect the goods immediately upon delivery and to report any defects or discrepancies from their order. Lafere.ch expressly reserves the right to provide the buyer with a defect-free replacement in the event of claimed and confirmed defects in the purchased goods. The assignment of warranty claims is excluded.
2. Furthermore, Lafere.ch is liable only for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence.
3. Jurisdiction, Applicable Law
1. In the event of disputes arising from consumer contracts, the court at the domicile or registered office of one of the parties shall have jurisdiction for actions brought by the customer, and the court at the domicile of the customer shall have jurisdiction for actions brought by Lafere.ch.
2. All legal transactions or other legal relationships with Lafere.ch are governed by Swiss substantive law. The application of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) and any other international agreements is excluded.
